More development in the bog
Contractors and construction workers seem to be crawling over my neighborhod (affectionately known as the swamp behind the old Fred Meyer) like bees hese days. Is the Seattle Real Estate market flat?
At least one local developer does not think so. Construction (destruction) began today on two new 2400 sf homes in up-and-coming Greenwood (shameless plug for my neighborhood).
